Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, delivery times typically range from 2 to 8 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Decks may take up to 14 days to source depending on availability. This allows us to provide competitive builds and maintain quality. We will keep you informed throughout the process and provide updates via email or social media upon request.

All products are securely packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Playmats are protected to prevent creasing, and sleeves and decks are packed to avoid damage in transit.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.

If you experience any issues with your delivery, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a brief description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

Due to the nature of the product, opened sleeves and used playmats cannot be returned unless faulty. Custom or sourced decks are also non refundable once the sourcing process has begun.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.
